Return & Exchange Policy
At Flawless Flowers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your florist arrangement for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it and we'll do our best to make it right.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately and we'll arrange for a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for perishable items like flowers, but we'll do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction.
